Callum is interested in the passage of time and the way that everyone, nomatter who they are is affected in the same way by the passage of time. 'No one can hold back time, no matter how rich, how beautiful, how clever. Time is the one thing that we all have to deal with and these pieces are a sharp reminder of the process. No matter how brilliant humans think they are they never have the ability to stop time - and never will.'
